Interactive Flash® Maps are the newest addition to our range of custom digital maps. Flash®, an animation program at heart, offers a wide range of interactive animation and special effects options, some of which have been put to good use enhancing the usefulness of otherwise static digital maps.

Flash® Maps do require the Free Flash® Player to work, though the chances are pretty good that you have it installed already.

	Flash® Maps in the making
	The idea was simple: Pick any custom digital map(s) from our entire range and make it interactive, animate it or add various special effects. And not just for the sake of it either, the new maps have to be significantly more useful than they were before the makeover. Furthermore, quality of the original maps could not be compromised in any way whilst overall file sizes had to remain as small as possible. It turned out to be more complicated than we at first anticipated! Anyway, that is all history now and we are happy to bring you our newest range of cool and useful Interactive Flash® Maps!

	Flash® Map Coverage
	Our most detailed focus is on Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands, and Europe, however, a Flash® Maps can be supplied for just about any major region of the world including The America's, Australasia and the Far East.

	Requesting a Flash® Maps quote, ordering your maps and production times
	The dedicated Flash® Maps Quote Request Form will guide you through the process of requesting a quote, however, there are a few things you should be aware of. The first step is to decide what map type suits you best (Basic+, Location, Multi-Map Series or Specialised) and only then choose how the map is made interactive using Flash®. The most common approaches and techniques are listed above and can be eyeballed on the Interactive Flash® Maps sample page. Once you have completed the Flash® Maps Quote Request Form you will receive a quote and a production time estimate by email within 48 hours. Once the details have been discussed and the quote has been accepted you will be invoiced and work will begin. You will receive initial designs of your custom map(s) to iron out the details and then your map(s) will be converted into interactive Flash® Maps as required. Once complete you will receive both the static GIF map(s) and the interactive SWF version.
